Review of database & applications
The Recruitment1 candidate database contains a large list of candidates who have been carefully vetted through out Skills4Work Program. This Program prepares individuals for the workplace and records skills, experience and key motivators.
Candidate interviews & reference checks
A mix of candidates from the database and job application are interviewed, assessed, screened and reference checked (if required) to ensure a match with Client requirements.
Candidate list provided to Client
A detailed list of the recommended candidates is provided to the Client to select from. This provides the basis of formal interviews (there is no obligation to hire).
Upskilling your staff
The successful candidate will be placed on a Traineeship. This combines both work and training for employees to gain new skills and improve their performance. Recruitment1 visits the learner in the workplace, conducts a training needs analysis and then works with the Client to approve an appropriate training plan. The result is increased productivity and profit .
Traineeships deliver skill boosts and a range of payments to eligible employers. Payments are made at commencement, recommencement and completion. A range of other Commonwealth and State Government funding is available. The result of the recruitment and training is increased productivity and profit.
