The Client advises which roles needs to be filled. Recruitment1 writes the job advertisement (Client signs off ) and promotes the role/s via the leading job boards.
Review of database & applications
The Recruitment1 candidate database contains a large list of candidates who have been carefully vetted through out Skills4Work Program. This Program prepares individuals for the workplace and records skills, experience and key motivators.
Candidate interviews & reference checks
A mix of candidates from the database and job application are interviewed, assessed, screened and reference checked (if required) to ensure a match with Client requirements.
Candidate list provided to Client
A detailed list of the recommended candidates is provided to the Client to select from. This provides the basis of formal interviews (there is no obligation to hire).
Skilling your staff
Successful candidates will be assessed against relevant Apprenticeship and Traineeship eligibility requirements. Candidates meeting the criteria will have the opportunity to develop their knowledge and skills in the workplace.
